We offer Boxing daily Monday through Saturday. Suitable for all fitness and ability levels this 60 minute class will teach you basic boxing technique all while giving you a workout that is sure to test and improve your endurance levels.
Fundamentals Muay Thai
This class is a fun way to learn Muay Thai from professional instructors that have a wealth of knowledge to provide you with. We provide a safe, friendly atmosphere and give you a new way to workout. We incorporate strength and endurance while teaching foot work, stance, guard, proper technique for punches, kicks and elbows as well as clinching. You will find Ms a great way to relieve stress and get a huge calorie burn all at the same time.
Advanced Muay Thai & Boxing
Our last class of the evening every night is where we perfect skill sets that allow those willing to take the next step towards competition to become successful. You do not have to be a fighter to be in this class but you do have to be able to keep up. You will be training alongside some of the best boxers, kickboxers, and muay thai fighters in the nation. They keep a very active fight schedule and they are there to work. You will have robe promoted to this class by head Coach Danny Brandt.
Fitness Muay Thai
Start your morning off right M-W-F at 630am. This class will give you a high intensity cardio burn all before you head to the office. 60 minutes of bag work, partner drills and conditioning is the best way to start your day!
