Mixed Martial Arts

Intermediate Muay Thai

You must be promoted into this class by attending the beginner class. During this class you will learn more advanced techniques that will expand your arsenal. The class time is split up into drills, sparring, padwork and clinching. You do not have to be a fighter to take this class however you will train like one. All fighters are also required to take the beginner class daily.

What to Bring

Athletic shoes, athletic wear, headgear, mouthpiece, protective cup, hand wraps and 16oz sparring only gloves (no bag gloves)
